Once you have returned this signup form, we will contact you to test your internet speed, obtain your credit card information, set up your cloud backup for your Metron images, plus answer any additional questions you may have!

Terms and Conditions:

·    This Metron Cloud Backup Service is available to those currently on Metron Support Services* using  high speed internet.

·    By providing your credit card information, you are giving authorization to charge your credit card. 

·    Every year, you will be charged $500.00 for unlimited backup storage of Metron files on the anniversary of your Metron Support renewal.

·    This agreement can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice at the end of your year term.

·    You must run and pass an internet speed test that we will direct you on how to perform.

·    You are responsible for any possible internet charges that occur from the volume of data.

·    You are responsible for assuring internet connection for backup to function.**

·    Note: We will be backing up Metron images only. No other personal files or folders will be included in  this program. We also recommend onsite backup in addition to offsite.

*The Metron Cloud Backup Service is only available if you have an active Metron Support Services Agreement.

**Metron Support Services is not responsible for missed backups due to circumstances beyond our control.  You will be notified if a backup was missed.
